SECTION 1 - WHAT IF YOUR PLANT DOES NOT ARRIVE?
We send all of our plants by Royal Mail 1st Class, this ensures the minimum time in transition. If you have not received your parcel within the delivery period we have told you please contact us immediately so we can locate it for you. If your parcel has been misplaced in transition we will send a replacement free of charge. Please ensure you double check your details at the checkout and make sure your delivery address and addition information is all correct. We are unable to offer a refund if the delivery address has been incorrectly inputted and we send to the wrong address.
If you have inputted the wrong details at the checkout please use our Contact Us page to let us know so we can amend any mistakes.
SECTION 2 - WHAT IF YOUR PLANT OR PARCEL ARRIVES DAMAGED?
We mark all of our parcels up as fragile and package our plants so they are as secure and safe as possible. We cannot however avoid any accidental damage that may be cause in transition. If your parcel arrives damaged please take pictures of the damage and send them to us via email and we send replacements free of charge. We may ask for damaged plants to be returned to us before we are able to refund or send replacements.
SECTION 3 - WHAT IF YOUR PLANT DIES?
When working with live plants there is always the possibility that for reasons beyond our control they may die. For this reason we urge all of our customers to read our Growing Advice page for information about how to grow hostas and also research growing advice from other sources. We ensure all of our plants leave the nursery strong and healthy and ready for garden planting as soon as you receive them. If you are having any problem with any plant purchased from us please contact us as soon as a problem is notice and we can advise. Pictures are always useful to diagnose issues.
SECTION 4 - WHAT IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND OR ORDER THE WRONG PLANT?
If you have ordered a plant that you have changed your mind about or maybe chose the wrong one please let us know straight away so we can cancel your order before it is sent to you or amend any mistakes. If your order has been sent already we will advise as we will need to receive the plants back in the same condition they were sent before we can offer a refund.
GIFT VOUCHER POLICY
1. Vouchers are valid for a year from purchase. The gift voucher expiration date will be stated on them and can not be used after that date.
2. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
3. Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers.
4. If an intended purchase is for a higher amount than the face value of the voucher(s), the difference can be made up with a credit card payment. If it is less, then change can not be given.
5. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions.
6. Vouchers cannot be sold to any third parties without our consent. If we do give our consent then such consent may be subject to any conditions which we impose. In any event you may not sell the vouchers through the internet without our express written consent, which you must obtain before making any such sale. We reserve the right at all times to refuse to permit any sale of vouchers by you to a third party.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND PROCEDURE FOR VOUCHERS:
The purchaser of the voucher is entitled to a 14-day 'cooling off' period provided the gift voucher is returned unused and with the original receipt within 14 days of purchase, after which a full refund will be made.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
